    Very good

The location was fun, very close to the lively central market, but still quiet on a side street. The room was comofrtable, although very simple and quite small. The free WiFi was a great benefit.

The furniture looked a bit strange.

    Very good

Good value for money, close to shops and in the centre of adelaide.

noisy sounds from other rooms, I woke up at 6am because the people in the room beside me were having sex.

It was pretty close to the city centre

The hotel didn't seem to be built/restored by professionals. Just looked a bit tacky and the toilet didn't flush properly.

    Simple accommodation, friendly and helpfulstaff.

    Internal plumbing was noisy.

The privacy of this hotel is excellent and staff are friendly. The housekeeping is good and as a person who is meticulous about cleaniness, the hotel meets my expectation. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again the next time around I visit Adeliade.

The mattresses lining up at the stair-way before the floor entrance door are eye-sore.

    Fabulous

I chose the Wright Lodge because of its central location and it modest costs. It is not five-star but I did not expect it to be. I believe I got value for money and its location is excellent. It is close to bus and tram travel. The central market, including a large supermarket, is one block away -- as are many restaurants and cafes offering a wide range of choices. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean. I asked for a couple of small tasks to be done and they were done immediately (e.g. the bathroom ceiling fac was noisy and they rectified this straight away.) It is not a resort but I would stay there again, especially on a business trip (as I was) where I am out all day.

Rooms can be a bit noisy but the manager told me they are working on sound-proofing to reduce this.

    Fabulous

Excellent location in Central Adelaide, next to "Chinatown". The Japanese restaurant around the corner (Wasai on Field Street) has very nice food for very reasonable prices. The laundry service the hotel offers is convenient.

    Rooms are heated too much.

The room was very dirty when we arrived. All the days after was dirty, without cleaning for nothing. Into the room (below the bed and inside the cabinet) were soks and t-shirts of previous guest. No lift for the upper floor. The crew didn't change out towels at all.

prospective clients should be informed that there are steep stairs to the rooms with no lift and no help available to get luggage up the stairs

    Fabulous

The location is very close to Gouger Street and all the international restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful

Cleanliness may be improved in the bathroom

    Very good

It's proximity to the bus station. And the room was clean and fresh. Good restaurant called 'Jam' next door. Good lighting and good hot water.

The room was a little too small and there was no lift or anyone to help carry our suitcases upstairs (we are in our 60's). There were no chairs to sit on to watch tv.

The wright Lodge is a buget style accommodation and there's not much you can expect out of it. I'm happy as I think it was as good as it could've been. I had really good internet, my towels were changed every day, my room had coffee/tea/kettle facilities. The hotel is very close to the food markets and a 25 min walk to the city's main shopping/nightlife. However, they never changed my bed linen in a whole week, which was a bit disappointing and the sheets were slightly dirty. But, it was bearable and in all, it felt more like living over at some hostel room! You get your own shower, which was clean and well kept!

I wish it had been slightly cleaner. If only they had changed the bed linen and swept vacuumed the room everyday, it would've made living there much better! I would recommend this place, if you are looking for budget accommodation and you wouldn't be using the room too much, maybe just to crash at night and for a shower. I paid around 75AUDpn, for a room with a window (yep, they have room without windows which personally I will not live in, even if they paid me to!). For 75pn, I think the service could've been better, probably slightly cleaner....nevertheless, on the whole, I survived and I'm still smiling! So I guess the place was fair!
